The candidate will work in Legal and Corporate Affairs divisions. Will manage labor and employment litigation docket and work closely with colleagues who provide advice to HR group. Primary responsibilities include management of assigned cases, including formation of litigation team, formulation of litigation strategy, oversight of all litigation activities, marshaling of internal facts, review and editing of all written advocacy and preparation of outside counsel for oral argument and trial, and in all other ways exercising primary responsibility of representation of Microsoft. Contacts to include frequent and regular communication with outside counsel and with other LCA attorneys, paralegals and staff and with Microsoft employees and executives.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
