We are seeking a great Content Manager who has great project management skills and knows how to drive complex programs cross functionally. This person will focus on gathering, polishing, categorizing, summarizing and exposing sales and marketing materials to help field based sellers be more effective.

Responsibilities:
Project manage product and service owners to gather their sales and marketing materials.
Help polish and enhance those materials to ensure consistency and efficacy.
Summarize and create metadata to effectively catalogue materials for easy retrieval by field sellers.
Upload and organize materials to ensure logical organization and easy retrieval.
Manage and maintain online portal to expose field materials.
Gather usage data and user feedback on the materials and the portal on which they reside to develop best practices for future materials, portal redesign and funding allocations to make a difference in the effectiveness of the sales teams.
Provide input into the updating and re-development of online content repositories to help make them more effective for field sellers.
BASIC
Qualifications:
5
years of marketing, content and project management is a requirement
Great project management skills needed with high attention to detail
Ability to project manage senior stakeholders
Solid SharePoint administration and information organization skills required (not developer but administrator)
Strong writing skills needed to summarize and create metadata on each piece of material to facilitate cataloguing and encourage usage.
An appreciation of the sales motion and what make good sales and marketing materials
A good eye for information layout and architecture to help guide the future of the solutions portal
Familiarity with enterprise IT products and services in order to understand the relevant content that is being managed.
Should be able to operate independently
