In general, the Program Manager is responsible for the fulfillment and tracking of component technology license agreements that allow partners use digital media software in online services, music software applications, and embedded devices. The Program Manager manages the day to day execution of contracts and ensures agreements are properly maintained. In addition, the Program Manager will deliver software to licensees that enable digital media implementations ensuring partners have the correct technology to deliver a great digital media experience to their customers!

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist with business development activities for account teams in completing the sales cycle.
Manage escalation process and know how to distribute workload across the right team members.
Review legal contracts. Support licensing inquiries from key partners by phone and email.
Send licenses and detailed instructions to complete the licensing process.
Receive signed agreements and prerequisites from customers, verify for accuracy and completeness. Forward agreements to the appropriate signatory.
Distribute licensed technology bits to partners to enable implementations.
Implement team process and customer experience improvements. Provide feedback on new forms and tools.
Log license agreement data and licensing progress in a licensing CRM database
Maintain current documentation for external customer communications.
Maintain internal documents outlining team and position responsibilities, work instructions and policies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3
years working in a customer service organization.
2-4 years project management experience.
Proficiency in Outlook & Excel
Exceptional customer focus and ability to understand customer needs
Able to work in an interdependent team environment
High attention to detail
Ability to comprehend and track the requirements of multiple complex processes
Ideally, 3
years' experience with digital media (video downloads, music players, codecs, etc.)
Bachelor's degree required
