The social/content marketing manager is a hybrid role that will be responsible for developing content and amplifying the awareness of the Advertising & Online efforts across all of our media channels. This person will report to the US Advertising team and will coordinate directly with our broader communications and PR teams to ensure we're driving against advertising business priorities and have a consistent voice in the marketplace

Responsibilities:
Develop cutting-edge content that will help us stand out among our competition, positions us as leaders in providing innovative advertising solutions that address marketers' needs.
Must be able to create initial drafts of content in formats which may include: Blogs, Power Point Presentations, White Papers, Infographics, Narratives, Video Scripts and Q&As.
Work with extended marketing team to reflect the content deliverables in a compelling and creative manner and deliver to all of our marketing channels - PR, web, social, and field & client communications.
Execute content and social media strategy for communications teams while optimizing to improve message impact, effectiveness and engagement.
Create and manage blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word, and help foster and drive adoption.
Generate inbound and outbound traffic to the Advertising websites and social media channels, including Advertising external site, community blog and our Twitter handle to evangelize our brand in market and to help foster product adoption.
Become an advocate for us in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate on behalf of Advertising. For example, following the appropriate advertising industry influencers at brands, agencies and in within the media.
Manage daily presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other ad-related community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, including analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Reports will come monthly from analytics teams, while frequent monitoring of Hootsuite, Bit.ly, Facebook, YouTube and Visible analytics will be expected.
Provide feedback and insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.
Work with the web teams to ensure social media tools (for ex. FB connect, Sharing buttons) are kept up to date.
Monitor trends in free and paid social media tools, trends and applications. For example, TweetReach, TidyTweet, etc.
BASIC
Qualifications:
Must have 5
years of experience in communications field - either in Public Relations, Social Media or Journalism
Must have strong written and communications skills, particularly experience in writing social media blogs, PR announcements and/or external messaging
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr, Yammer etc.) and how they can be deployed in different marketing and awareness scenarios
Knowledge of blogging and media ecosystem within advertising industry (MediaBistro, Agency Insider, AdWeek, etc.)
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships as well as understand requirements for effective video storytelling.
Enjoys working in teams and is a team player. Displays the confidence to take the initiative and guide others when necessary
Experience working for MS or the digital advertising industry a plus
Has a good working knowledge of principles of SEO

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
