We are looking for someone who is passionate about consumer electronics, MS and marketing and has a proven track record in project management.
This role will be responsible for project managing all aspects of the experience team and agency takeover, two high-profile program designed to gain in-agency evangelism of our 'new' range of devices and services. You will serve as the primary contact person for the 25 members across the country, performing duties that include:

Responsibilities:
Procuring all devices. This includes ordering, tracking and confirming the shipment and delivery of all devices across team members, as well as facilitating the return and re-order of any damaged devices as needed.
Serving as the liaison between the US Trade Marketing Team and the Legal department to ensure that all aspects of program are reviewed and approved by Legal. This includes tracking the delivery of signed loan agreements by all members prior to device delivery.
Coordinating bi-weekly conference calls with all members, including agenda delivery, audio-visual support, and meeting notes.
Maintaining the email alias, including adding new members and trafficking in-bound questions/requests that are submitted by members to the alias.
Managing the Rewards Program, including tracking the number of Rewards points each member earns, fulfilling the Rewards orders submitted by qualified members, and updating the Rewards website with new Rewards as needed.
Working with the Social Media Manager to help coordinate and track all social media submissions, including blog posts, tweets, Facebook posts, etc.
Helping the Market Engagement team with logistics associated with each member's quarterly in-agency brown bag presentation.
Creating and maintain the Awareness in a Box campaign, designed to provide members with a turn-key solution to promote and drive awareness of the program in their agencies.
Maintaining and updating all marketing materials, including external web content.
BASIC
Qualifications:
Should have proven ability working in large company environments
Must have successful history of driving cross-group/cross-functional projects
Be accountable and extremely detail-oriented
Must be extremely creative, resourceful, and adaptable to support multiple initiatives in a rapidly changing environment driven by deadlines
Be comfortable presenting in front of groups
Enjoy working through complex organizational structure to drive results

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
