IT solution delivery manager for HR SAP enterprise systems.
Key functional and experience requirements are:
-3
years of SAP HCM consulting experience
-Strong global SAP HCM functional knowledge in Personal Administration (PA), Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) portals.
-Experience in developing/managing Enterprise Portals for a large organization
-Expertise in understanding End User needs and improving User Experience
-Strong Project Management skills leading engineering teams or leads
-Drives collection and documentation of business requirements in BRDs and functional specs.
-Supports engagement and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT engineering leads.
Excellent communication and those promptly respond to emails and tel calls are highly preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
