UI/UX Designer (Hybrid) at Meditech in Remote
UI/UX Designers at MEDITECH are part of an innovative team creating modern mobile apps and web-based products for healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a passion for creating elegant, impactful designs. As a member of our Product Development team, your job would involve:
Working collaboratively with developers, marketers, and clinical experts to translate healthcare workflows and user goals into engaging and efficient experiences Creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for mobile and web projects Translating design decisions into detailed specifications for developers Creating and managing visual assets and style guides for iOS, Android, and web projects Ensuring scalable design solutions, building and maintaining consistency across the MEDITECH products What You Should Have Bachelor's or associate degree preferred in visual communication, graphic design or similar and/or 2-3 years of applicable work or military experience Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills Experience designing attractive and efficient user interfaces for mobile apps and/or web applications Knowledge of UX principles Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows Comfortable presenting your work in team critiques Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a team-focused attitude Proficiency with modern design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Axure Solid knowledge of typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, and iconography Understanding of basic front-end languages:
HTML5, CSS3, or JavaScript Familiarity with the Agile software development process and tools such as JIRA Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 standards Proficiency in complex prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions COVID-19:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
