OS Application Engineer


Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a communication agent (Windows service and Linux daemon) in client devices that runs as an OS service to provide bi-directional communication between the client device and a remote server Implement packet handling and validation, including use of cryptographic authentication libraries to validate incoming requests Support data collection requests including system information and command execution results passed back from the client to the server Work with other engineers to forward commands from the server and retrieve results from other system components Support porting Windows based solutions to Linux based platforms Learn and develop skills related to platform architecture, interfaces, and feature development
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (MS is preferred) in Computer Science/Engineering or a related quantitative discipline Minimum of 3-5 years full time hands-on OS application, driver, and service/daemon development experience Experienced in software design and implementing software from the ground up Programming languages:
C/C++/C#, Python, JSON, PowerShell script Strong understanding of operating system environments Strong debugging skills and the ability to think outside of the box Enjoys a collaborative environment and excited to learn new things Excels at adapting to changing business needs with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Intellectually curious and passionate about innovation Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range:
$130K -- $140K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
