If so, then we would love to talk!Key job responsibilitieso Manage and execute multi-site responsibilities to comply with waste, air emissions, stormwater, wastewater and other applicable regulations.
This includes supporting required Federal, State and local reporting.
o Manage business conformance with Amazon's Global Corporate EHS Systems through.
o Develop strategic programs by integrating with Kuiper engineering teams, construction and facilities management, and a variety of other stakeholders.
Build and drive an environmentally responsible culture within the organization.
o Function as a leader regarding regulatory agency interactions, permit evaluation and processing, and new process and technology introduction.
o Be a primary point of contact for environmental regulatory agencies.
o Ensure work performed by contractors, consultants, and employees is completed in accordance with environmental regulatory requirements and Amazon standards.
o Measure and analyze environmental performance against published requirements in environmental policies.
For all deficiencies, identify a plan for the site to implement and fix identified deficiencies and provide ongoing compliance support.

A day in the lifeBased in Redmond, WA, the Environmental Manager role will develop and support Project Kuiper's environmental compliance programs under supervision of the EHS Manager.
Supporting the EHS Manager, Facilities Management, and Kuiper personnel in the development, testing, and manufacture of space hardware, this role will include developing new programs that strengthen our environmental compliance and risk management processes.
Driving understanding, engagement to provide EHS performance improvement, influence Business Units leadership, and further integrate environmental compliance and awareness into daily operations.
Developing scalable EHS solutions for specialist teams in aerospace R&D and Manufacturing, the Environmental Manager will also support initiatives related to property risk management, product environmental compliance, and sustainability.
