04/hour The Field Training Specialist provides security services and classroom training to include foot and vehicle patrols.
Responds to emergency and routine service calls as required and takes appropriate action.
Completes all reports and documentation required.
Assess risks and threats and takes appropriate action.
Field Training Specialist
Responsibilities:
Trains employees and job candidates; Classroom and on-the-job training, conducts drills, and training in health and safety practices.
Acts to ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company mandated training, on-the-job training as required for purposes of certifications and under the terms of client contracts.
Confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches.
Updates and develops training curriculum Develops training schedules in conjunction with management.
Follows appropriate instructional procedures or methods, such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulations exercises, role playing, and computer-based training.
Organizes training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluations materials, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Maintains records and prepares reports to evaluate performance of training activities, and to monitor progress of trainees.
Minimum Hiring Standards:
High School Diploma or GED Reliable means of communication Reliable means of transportation Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Effective communication skills (written and verbal English) Use of personal computer and standard office productivity software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications Acceptable personal appearance Knowledge of teaching methodologies Teaching or training experience Must possess and display a positive attitude.
