To efficiently direct and manage all areas of installations for the designated branch, which will be your area of responsibility.
Accountability:
Reports to Operations Manager Personal growth and increasing skill is important for this individual and Economy Fence Center will seek to support this need The Installation Supervisor will receive an annual review from the President & Operations Manager Requirements:
Proven work experience in construction Proven work experience managing and/or overseeing staff Highly organized and the ability to multitask Advanced knowledge of construction processes, means and methods Thorough knowledge of building products, construction details, rules & regulations and quality standards Familiarity with computers and MS Excel/Word Ability to plan and see the trends and changes within the industry and proactively take steps to create positive outcomes for the company Competent in conflict and crisis management Primary Areas of Responsibility - Installations (75%) Manage installation crews and document personnel files Manage installation projects; communicate with customers, vendors, installers, sales and office staff Resolve issues with customers, vendors and employees Maintain small tools & hand tools necessary to perform installations Oversee the maintenance of all equipment Determine staff levels including interviewing and hiring new employees Procurement of Materials (15%) Order materials necessary for projects Work with Operations Manager to maintain adequate inventory levels Cycle count stock inventory products weekly Facilities (8%) Ensure clean and organized office and yard Other (2%) Assist walk-in customers and over-the-counter sales Assist in various administrative items around the office as needed NOTE:
