Our ideal candidate is client-focused, engaging, organized, with in-depth knowledge of the residential remodeling industry.
This is a key position that will help our company continue on its path of growth.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in high-end kitchen and bath design.
Responsibilities include educating and guiding clients through the design and selection phase, collecting and compiling project information such as measurements and pricing of materials including cabinets, countertops & plumbing supplies, and completing the overall sale and design of the project.
At Northwest Interiors & Design, it isn't so much about selling as it is about assessing and understanding our clients' unique needs and budget, then designing a solution that is perfectly suited to that client.
We have a lovely showroom from which to work along with the processes and staff in place to create a winning situation.
The perfect candidate will:
Have at least ten years experience in and around the residential construction industry Possess a strong knowledge of best kitchen and bath design practices Have achieved a mastery of Chief Architect or other 3D design software Have strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Be client centered while being a company team player This position will start with a base salary plus commission then convert to commission after three months.
We expect that the successful candidate will earn $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
Hours are flexible.
We expect you to manage your time to be optimally effective and successful.
