We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative.
This position plays an integral part in the company's daily operations.
The CSR acts as a liaison between the customer and sales force and helps to develop and maintain a strong customer relationship.
Responsibilities should be completed with minimal supervision.
The hours are from 8:
45am to 5:
15pm, Monday - Friday.
Daily
Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers via email, phone, and live chat on a daily basis Resolving customer questions, troubleshooting website issues, and taking orders Performing product research Informing and updating customers with order status and proof of delivery Processing merchandise returns Recognizing potential or actual customer issues and responding quickly Analyzing and executing daily product and sales reports Mastering the backend ordering system and company sales system Supporting the sales, purchasing, and accounting departments as requested Working and communicating effectively with sales, warehouse, accounting, and purchasing staff Position Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great interpersonal skills, with ability to relate and communicate with all levels Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Flexible and adaptive Ability to multi-task and set priorities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze problems, present facts, make recommendations, and implement solutions Dependable, reliable, and personable Acts in an ethical and truthful manner, leading by example and earning the respect and trust of co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders Ability to take initiative and work without close supervision Ability to deliver commitments, producing work of the highest quality in a timely and effective manner Organized and efficient with excellent computer & typing skills Apply here:
