In this role you will primarily be responsible for providing amazing customer service, processing orders, and supporting the operation of our administrative offices onsite.
Reports to Office Manager Duties/
Responsibilities:
Keep things upbeat, friendly, and exciting for customers.
Become an expert on the products that Blazing Bagels sells.
Arrive at work on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required training and meetings.
Direct all incoming inquiries, in person, on the phone or electronically from a diverse audience.
while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Screen and direct to appropriate manager.
Respond to inquiries and take orders from catering and wholesale customers accurately and in a timely manner in NetSuite within company and production deadlines.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain an accurate NetSuite database by entering and updating client information for catering accounts.
Distribution of reports to other departments.
Train new office team members.
Maintain inventory and purchase office supplies and materials.
Check and distribute mail.
Scan and file sales orders and other office documentation as required.
Key holder (lock office at night occasionally open when required) Always maintain Company confidentiality.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Prepare and update office procedure documentation.
Ensure the office area is kept neat, tidy, stocked, and to company standards.
Other general office projects and duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
A passion for customer service Ability to communicate clearly and adeptly in writing, in person or on the phone in a positive way that inspires staff to be at their best.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure, quickly identify issues and find innovative solutions.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to work full time with flexibility to meet business needs.
Able to meet deadlines in a changing working environment with competing priorities while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Understands, models, and instills Blazing Bagels' company culture.
Models building effective relationships across all facets of the business.
Experience with using variety of types of computer software, practice in learning new technology and basic math skills, preferred knowledge of NetSuite, Excel, etc.
Experience in working independently on assigned tasks with minimal guidance.
Ability to communicate professionally, diplomatically, and tactfully and in a positive way that inspires staff to be at their best.
Education and
Experience:
At least five years customer service experience in a direct contact environment or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer and on the phone.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
