approximately 9am-2pm weekdays, 4:

The Member Services staff will assist the General Manager in customer acquisition and retention as well as aid in the day-to-day operations of the studio.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required ? Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in membership and retail ? Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system ? Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday/shift ? Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email ? Must be able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment ? Must have proficient computer skills
Responsibilities:
? Assist the General Manager throughout the client journey; from the first introduction to AKT through welcoming into our membership.
? Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio ? Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants ? Present available services to current or prospective members ? Ensure studio is clean and tidy ? Book appointments and follow-up with leads and missed classes ? Participate in special events (health fairs and community events) to promote the Studio ?
