Responsibilities:
Build engagement plans to support tech acceleration aligned to the organization's goals while increasing organization penetration and growing TSI revenue through a number of marketing engines, including content development, event coordination, sponsorship, customer advocacy, lead generation, and tracking ROI.
Collaborate closely with various teams such as sales, solutions, and partner teams.
Perform an instrumental role in designing, developing, and launching end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive lead opportunities for sales.
Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic nonprofits, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Understand the sales and business cycle.
Marketing Manager - NonProfit exp, HiTech Products
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience with marketing principles, account-based marketing, or partnership management, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive a connected marketing and sales funnel and working with demand-generation marketing tools.
Experience or familiarity with event strategy and event execution, including executing in-person event booths and online/virtual events.
B2B or B2C Marketing experience preferred.
Marketing experience with high-technology products preferred.
Experience with Microsoft products preferred.
Web/online (HTML/SharePoint) experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
Strong project management and strategic skills are required.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
Must be detail-oriented, have strong cross-group collaboration skills, be proactive, and have the ability to manage multiple projects.
Must know how to prioritize tasks.
