VCA Redmond Animal Hospital, located in the Avondale area with easy access to 520, downtown Redmond and beautiful Marymoor Park, is seeking a Client Service Representative who identify themselves as personable, highly professional animal and people lovers.
The Client Service Representative is the client's first point of contact with our hospital and is responsible for initiating hospital resources related to the needs of their pet, such as scheduling general practice appointments or discussing our hospital's emergency services.
The Client Service Representative understands that the CSR team is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for performing and/or supporting the following Client Service Functions:
demonstrated excellence in customer service - we're very serious about this! compassion for pets and people proven decision making skills to choose the most appropriate course of action the ability to communicate and integrate new information into problem solving proficiency in Microsoft Office the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
and be exposed to hazards such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches and animal waste client service functions, including greeting visitors, handling multiple telephone calls simultaneously scheduling and confirming appointments presenting and explaining fees processing payments managing electronic medical records and related correspondence ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times- both inside and outside While this position does not have any clinical duties, the CSR works hand-in-hand with our amazing Veterinary Specialists, Emergency Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and support staff as well as Hospital and Regional Leadership.
