One of our largest and most well-known clients has a brand-new opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst 3 to join their team.
This role can be onsite (Redmond, WA), hybrid, or remote.
This Analyst will join a team that helps overall commercial systems to unify the experiences that they have through tooling.
This team specifically focuses on how consumption planning is taken care of, how to increase consumption across the board through tooling to improve experiences.
Scope of Activity and
Responsibilities:
Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities Supports one or more highly complex business processes Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs Document technical requirements, system specifications, and workflows using industry-standard documentation practices and tools Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes, user stories, and use cases Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and tools Identify opportunities for integrating different tools and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and requirements Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical solutions Skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required, engineering preferred 4
years of experience focusing on advanced skills with tools used for diagramming & process-mapping, like Visio, Figma 4
years of experience working with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills Strong understanding of consumption related business processes and workflows Experience / expertise on MCAPS organization, seller tools, and processes Experience documenting high quality business requirements Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Ability to solve technical problems / processes and understand complex details High-level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions Proficient in documenting technical requirements, system specifications, and workflows using industry-standard tools and methodologies Experience in integrating different tools and workflow to streamline processes and improve efficiency Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Pay Rate Range:
$68/hr.
