We have a small senior living community with incredible staff and fun residents.
This position as the potential to start small and grow very quickly.
Full time department leadership will be needed in the near future.
We are looking for a person who wants to be a part of building a great community and contribute to the quality of life for our wonderful seniors.
Duties:
Onboarding New Staff Ensuring employee files and trainings are up to date Being a confidential support to staff as needed Accounts receivable processing Accounts payable processing Customer service provider You will also act as a financial liaison between corporate departments and other staff (accounting, reimbursement, etc.
) to help ensure the effectiveness of the company's audit and compliance efforts We are guided by our CAPLICO Core Values:
