FW/SW QA knowledge:

Responsible for managing a team comprising of QA & dev engineers.
Interface to Infrastructure and development teams Setup racks and organization in the lab Arrange to bring new Infrastructure labs online Boots on the ground for Cognizant team Build the execution plans Align to cycle schedules Feedback impediments, risks, and status Deliver the output of the Cognizant managed Test team Build, maintain and communicate weekly & Monthly statistics / Metrics Understand customer requirements and convert them into user stories and estimates.
Work with the product managers and end users to define & document product and feature functionality and requirements.
Work closely with multiple internal teams to create, maintain and evolve test plans and automation to drive testing.
Actively participate in issue triage / troubleshooting and clearly document processes used.
Ensure effective communications with peers and management.
Strong background in designing or extending existing test frameworks.
Excellent Debugging skills & experience troubleshooting.
