If so, then we would love to talk!Key job responsibilitiesThe Kuiper team is looking for material planners to manage material schedules, collaborate and assist in process improvements.
The ideal candidate has experience in SAP (S4Hanna) materials requirements planning (MRP) systems, managing moderate to complex materials plans, has an understanding of business acumen and judgment, analytical abilities, written, verbal communication skills and awareness to various cross-functional organization inter- dependencies.
They will have a bias toward data driven decision making, be comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects, be able to think big and creatively (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
o Own schedule management for assigned categories and manage exceptions generated by MRP o Incorporate MRP recommendation o Perform clear to build assessments on production work orderso Assist in managing shortages and floor scrap replacemento Monitor schedule performance of production work order adherenceo Periodic review of order modifiers like fixed order quantity, fixed lot multipliero Continuous improvement to reorder points to improve results of stock availabilityo Identify and resolve data quality issues o Exhibit a constant passion for delivering an exceptional customer experienceo Influence supplier investments in continuous improvement to improve results at continually lower costs and riskso Prepare and provide data driven reviews to management with a focus on optimizing the supply chain for performanceo Create SOPs to manage transaction processing.
