Requirements:
Need someone with current or previous MS experience (FTE prior or Staff Aug Prior in Finance Systems) Candidate needs to have strong financial and data analysis skills and budget management Candidate ideally has prior experience working at MS in a finance role and has demonstrated experience using MS financial tools and systems PowerBI capabilities a plus Viva Goals is a HUGE PLUS as well Some Project management KPI Process using Viva Goals- 3
years of experience Project/Program Management experience Someone with experience in M365 Office specifically on Excel VLOOKUP tables
Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
Partner across organizations, incl.
Engineering and other finance teams to identify and drive engineering efficiencies to meet gross margin goals and OPEX goals.
Financial modeling:
Build driver-based models to enable insights, surface actionable opportunities, drive the right behavior and support decision-making for engineering prioritization and strategy.
Financial analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to provide health of business readouts and trends, and articulate those findings to finance and engineering leadership to support decision-making.
Rhythm of business:
Drive regular key performance indicator reviews, support finance rhythm of business.
Help create; drive and support cross-org people projects and initiatives.
Partner closely with stakeholders across the team, along with talent acquisition and recruiting, to set and manage people and non-people targets.
Streamline business processes across the business, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and effective resource management.
Includes development of new business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency.
Create and manage the rhythm of business (ROB), including business reviews, technical reviews, annual planning, leadership staff meetings, cross-organizational business reporting, etc.
to help the business and technology development run smoothly and effectively.
Drive operational Excellence across the organization, planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that improve team efficiency.
Work across a wide group of stakeholders to ensure timely, high quality and consistent completion of business operation activities across the org to achieve overall business and cultural priorities.
Develop high impact communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences.
Develop and manage organizational assets including Walking decks, Org.
Polices & Procedures, Team web sites, SharePoint sites, and Teams channels.
Lead and execute organization wide strategic initiatives and change management projects.
Streamline reporting goals, develop, and maintain comprehensive ASE KPIs for product development, cost, efficiencies, schedule, and influence internal stakeholders on KPIs.
Drive Employee Engagement efforts including but not limited to Recognition, Awards and Feedback programs/surveys, MS Poll and People Planning efforts across the org to achieve overall business and cultural priorities.
Lead and orchestrate Resource Management, Planning and FY Priorities process.
Plan and organize content for All hands meetings, Offsites, LT meetings and Business Reviews.
Drive our University Engagement efforts and support end to end process.
Partner with other stakeholders within the team and Azure organization to manage and drive special projects.
Qualifications:
Experience in business management, operations, finance, or product/program management with track record of increasing scope of roles and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience with engineering environments working on rhythm-of-business activities, business operations, business management, finance, or other similar environments.
Bachelor's degree business, finance, engineering, operations, or equivalent experience.
Self-starter with strong financial and analytical skills.
Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrate the ability to simplify and manage complex business and technology topics.
Proven capabilities to drive positive business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships.
Cross-functional program management/technical program management experience required.
Outstanding cross-functional project management skills to organize a busy workload and deliver projects on time.
Strong attention to detail, passion for strategic thinking and problem solving, and ability to deliver rich, business insights to drive business decisions.
