Job Description:
o Looking for a motivated, energetic team player based out of Greater Seattle Area (Redmond/Bellevue/Kirkland/Bothell and other locations), Washington.
o This is a client facing role where the team will be closely working with client's Business Planning, Marketing, Cloud Release Ops and the Engineering team.
o Their primary role will involve Configure, load, and propagate products/SKavailabilities into the Cloud offer/pricing catalogs, support in issue management, resolution of ICMs, troubleshooting, and correctionSituationo The role forms part of the Cloud Release Operations team and involves working with Business Planners, Marketing and Engineering team to get their change requests processed in a timely manner for each release cycle.
o The role will involve reviewing requests, intake form /modern platform reviews, creating process documentation, submitting reviewed CRs to the engineering team and getting the output validated before it's published.
o The role would involve participating in meetings / discussions around intake forms, the current and desired process, resolution of bugs, etc.
Requirements / Skillset:
o Understanding of the Cloud environment, with some exposure to Azureo Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience, preferably in an IT environmento Good oral and written communication skillso Good understanding of process workflowso Experience in setting up, documenting and streamlining new processeso Experience with designing Standard Operating Procedures (SoP)o Ability to multi-task at any given point of timeo Exposure of working with multi-disciplinary teams such as Marketing, Planning, Engineering, etc.
o Exposure to quality methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Personal - Individual Useo Excellent knowledge of tools such as MS Excel, Visio, etc.
o Strong attention to detail is a must have skill to succeed in this roleGood to have skillso Good Knowledge of SQL, Pivots, Excel Macros and Other (automation) will be an advantageo Individual should be a motivated, process focused person, that's comfortable making order out of chaoso A tech-savvy resource that's comfortable marrying process (transacting) with systemso Experience working with big IT firmso Be proactive enough to think beyond what is told to themo Be ready to work beyond office hours as and when needed Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Automation Business Planning Communication Engineering Microsoft Azure Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
