Requirements Gathering Creating new SharePoint pages Update SharePoint pages Monthly Usage Reports Manage access/permissions GPS Community event management:
Create/Send invites Manage attendees Send placeholders to presenters Create group chat for presenters Presenter support Deck prep Promotion of event (pre and post) Support management of calls (Q&A, presenter support, etc.
) Email draft support Meeting support Survey results gathering Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Advanced SharePoint administration, design and update skills Advanced skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Microsoft Teams Strong project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with differing timelines Strong listener and collaborator with ability to engage with all levels of the organization Education/
Experience:
3-5 years experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration and design Program Manager Recommended Skills Administration Attention To Detail Communication Content Management Event Management Gps Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
