Our tech client's Enablement Localization Team is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to take on a challenging and rewarding Localization Program Manager role.
This role will report into a larger Marketing and Consumer Business organization and will contribute to the broader global operational strategies and delivery process/pipeline.

In this role, you will influence our localization strategy, and drive improvements of the localization production marketing technology platform and process.

Would you like to Be responsible for supporting the end-to-end localization process to ensure successful product launches across the globe.
Manage projects that often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your role to keep all the players coordinated on project progress and deadlines.
Establish a holistic view of localization needs and build partnerships across cross-functional stakeholders in corporate and regional marketing, product, and sales.
Lead the optimization of processes to meet our needs for a wide array of online stores assets including product, marketing assets, support content, and web.
Identify efficiencies and opportunities to help scale localization faster and efficiently.
Manage external vendors for maximum quality, speed, and cost efficiency; ensuring regional execution excellence and KPI attainment.
Collaborate and guide the Translation Management System (TMS) provider to create/deploy impactful features for Stores and the broader localization domain.
Educate partner teams on the localization process to increase efficacy and drive best practices.
Work with corporate and international partners to understand and address localization pain points.
Contribute your domain expertise for developing localization program roadmaps, develop and track project plans, and program health.
Apply hands-on experience with localization platforms & tools, to empower everyone to achieve more.
We would like you to have 5
years of experience in Program Management with geographically dispersed teams.

years of experience working in the localization field, or closely partner with and participate in localization and internationalization related work/activities.
2
years of Adobe Experience Manager experience 2
years of Translation Management Systems like GlobalLink or similar platforms.
A proven track record delivering impactful results in a complex environment.
An ambitious individual ready to create and execute game-changers.
Excellent communication, analytical abilities and project management skills.
Enthusiasm to take on challenges roles/tasks, influence localization strategy and drive improvement of localization production marketing tech program Strong attention to detail, and comfortable, and able to deal with ambiguities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A strong passion for delivering the best customer experience globally.
Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.
Hobbies, and passions related to linguistics, technology and helping the world become more interconnected.
Experience working for enterprise companies is preferred.

Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
