As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you'll provide solutions to complex business and technical problems or issues of complex scope using advanced engineering and technical principles.
Key
Responsibilities:
Scale engineering automation for mobility platforms, with deliverables of AI-powered RAN optimization and troubleshooting capabilities built upon per UE and per Geo bin level insights.
Support network Monetization, with deliverables of end-to-end performance trending, diagnostics, integrated tooling and closed-loop automation for service assurance; as well as KPIs/autonomy capabilities to be exposed to IoT, ISP, MVNO, etc.
Support network technology evolution, with deliverables of future network management technical plan, requirements of O-RAN interfaces (O1, A1) and Service Management & Orchestration (SMO); as well as performance reporting and triage to support nextGen Access launch & scaling Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Informational Technology, Data Communications from an accredited university.
PhD in an approved field with 4 years of relevant experience or Masters in an approved field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors in an approved field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
