Here are the key requirements for this position:
Sales:
Experienced and skilled in membership lead generation, follow up, and closing sales - including memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail merchandise.
Member Retention -Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the studio, Events:
Participate with studio team running of pop-up events outside the studio, health fairs, farmers markets and other community events to promote membership sales.
Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
Collaborate with co-workers to ensure excellent customer service.
A fitness background is preferred but not required; candidates with a strong sales background are ideal.
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus COMPENSATION & PERKS:
This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience Commission paid on sales.
