In partnership with an industry leading aviation/aerospace organization in Redmond, PDS is looking to add dedicated control panel assemblers to our team.
Pay:
$24 - $27.60/hourShift:
1st shift and 2nd shift available
As a Control Panel Assembly Technician, you will provide service and repairs of mechanical, electronic, and other equipment requiring technical knowledge, effective diagnostic and repair techniques and procedures related to a wide variety of equipment.
Job duties include (but not limited to):
Perform skilled technician work involving diagnosis, replacement, repair, and rebuilding of a variety of equipment, components and/or systems.
Use diagnostic equipment and a variety of tools specific to the trade.
Proficient in understanding technical manuals such as blueprints, CMMs, customer POs, manufacturer s data, and repair instruction sheets.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and component schematics to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
Basic soldering and wiring tasks (circuit board repair such as surface mount and through-hole soldering for our avionics section) and has a good understanding of corrosion control methods and remedies.
Qualified candidates should possess:

years electrical/mechanical assembly experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical devices such as small electrical motors and actuators, mechanical and pneumatic valves, and AC/DC lighting systems (Computer hardware, circuit boards, microchips, and basic programming for our avionics section).
Familiarity with inspection methods, techniques, practices, visual aids, equipment, and tools

Pay Details:
$24.00 to $27.60 per hour
