Microsoft s Strategic Missions and Technologies (SMT) Division embraces next generation opportunities on behalf of our critical products, ideating from the customer problem forward.
SMT focuses on next-generation technology solutions including telecommunications, connecting the cloud to satellites in space, quantum computing, and as a technology partner to the United States Federal government.

You will ideate, develop, and deploy strategic ideas via operations that scale across SMT.

Required/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 6
years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.
3
years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects and/or stakeholders.
Other requirementsAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
