We have a brand new opportunity for a qualified UX Designer to join our client's team for a remote position. The main function of this resource is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through an understanding of end-user needs.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Engages with the business development team and / or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem / goals

Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
-
Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
-
Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
-
Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications
Skills and
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required, industrial design or interactional design / UX design is preferred

Minimum 2 to 4
years of experience required-
working with multidisciplinary and cross product teams, delivering beautiful end-to-end user experiences across multiple screens
-
using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects as examples)
-
ability to lead products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process
-

Experience in software design and development nice to have
-
Experience in professional UI design
-
Experience with data-driven UI design
-
Strong communication and problem solving skills
$45.00 - $49.50 per hour
