Microsoft's Azure Data engineering team is leading the transformation of analytics in the world of data with products like databases, data integration, big data analytics, messaging & real-time analytics, and business intelligence.

Within Azure Data, the databases team builds and maintains Microsoft's operational Database systems.
We store and manage data in a structured way to enable multitude of applications across various industries.
We are on a journey to enable developer friendly, mission-critical, AI enabled operational Databases across relational, non-relational and open source software (OSS) offerings.
Azure SQL team is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager who will help define and deliver enablement of SQL on future generations of hardware technologies, in close collaboration with Azure and Windows Server teams.

Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 6
years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
3
years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
3
years of experience in Microsoft SQL development.
3
years of experience as a Program Manager.
Other RequirementsAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 10

Experience in creating complex spreadsheets, analyzing data, and developing customized solutions to meet business needs.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S.
is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
