QA Engineering Manager, Reality Labs AR/VR

As a QA Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of QA Leads whose mission is to ensure the delivery of a high-quality software and platform for the Meta Reality Labs (VR/AR) product lines.
The team is responsible for developing and implementing the product quality strategy and plans across multiple products and platforms. Our team of QA Leads build and execute the product quality strategy and plans across multiple products and platforms. They are responsible for debugging issues across the hardware and software stack including consumer electronics devices, mobile apps, and web. They possess intimate knowledge of current issues, build heat maps and bug burn-downs, along with track and report detailed metrics to key stakeholders which would lead to go/no-go decisions per milestone.
The ideal candidate is a quality assurance leadership expert with strong communication skills and previous experience as a detail-oriented QA engineer. The candidate should also have a passion for building great hardware and software products and consumer electronics device experience, this includes a deep understanding of varying testing techniques and the ability to come up with new methods through out-of-the-box thinking. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
