We are seeking a qualified Report Developer dedicated to identifying, implementing, and supporting the best reporting and score-carding solutions in order to create useful, timely decision support tools and processes for our clients internal Finance customers at the Corporate and Executive level (including SMSG, Business Group, and Corporate Finance). We are looking for a strong individual who will support report development for our scorecard, mid-year review, revenue, and P and L programs (which go towards enabling all components of the client company). As a report developer and technical resource you will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of new scorecards and financial reporting (revenue and P and L) solutions. You will also ensure the integrity, security, quality, and support of the toolsets as a whole. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage their own resources as well as collaborate with other groups to deliver solutions within tight timeframes as well as having a solid understanding of financial business processes and the ability to translate that understanding using strong information worker development skills. Responsibilities : Assist with design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of BI, score-carding, and financial solutions for all FBIS customers Build relationships with product management teams, understand business needs and deliver on requirements as required Partner with other product managers and other development teams Participate in UAT and provide scorecard and report owner user support (post launch) Extensive use of Excel VBA, XML, and other Scripting technologies while performing configuration, security, and other needed tasks in support of the above - familiarity with HTML a plus Develop Excel Web reports based off the final business requirements Provide estimates for scope, schedule and resources, assess risk, and identify key assumptions Data analysis, scorecard and report validation along with troubleshooting existing processes and key workflows - proactively challenge where required and make necessary changes to optimize performance and user experience Understand the various dependencies and relationships across score-carding and financial applications Develop and deliver user training materials and presentations as requested The successful candidate will bring: Experience with financial data warehousing systems such as MS Sales and Mercury, including extensive use of MSRA is desired Experience with business scorecards or analytical reporting Advanced Excel skills knowledge and experience in using macros and cubevalue functions a must have Intermediate to advanced OLAP, Access, SQL Reporting
