We are looking for an experienced group manager who understands Marketing Campaign Analysis and Optimization, BI Reporting, and managing teams.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5-7 direct staff and a virtual team of three region leads
Be the knowledge area expert on execution & planning for digital and offline campaigns, managing the team to deliver campaign reporting and consultative advice regarding reporting tool use and campaign best practices;
Planning and Instrumentation: sharing lessons learned from previous campaigns and ensuring new campaigns are instrumented with tracking codes and measurable objectives.
Execution and Reporting: making sure that the campaigns get executed as intended with proper integration in to proprietary measurement systems so that the campaigns can be measured, then creating reports to ensure the team can evaluate and understand the effectiveness of the campaigns and individual tactics.
ROMI Measurement and Analysis: Evaluate and tell the story of whether or not the Marketing Campaigns did what they were intended to do. Delivering consultative advice, contributing to increasingly intelligent and impactful marketing strategies.
Bring a passion and vision to help uplevel the entire organization from a reporting analyst orientation to a campaign optimization consultant mindset.
BASIC
Qualifications:
Staff management experience
Deep understanding of marketing reporting and analytics
Knowledge of a variety of marketing execution and reporting tools, advantages and disadvantages.
Familiarity with Microsoft business groups and international operations.
Ideally, has hands-on experience with one or more of these tools; Omniture, Tableau, Atlas, Webtrends, Comscore

years analyzing marketing data and providing recommendations based off of those insights, and the ability to drive best practices and campaign optimization.
8
years of experience tracking and optimizing Direct marketing campaigns
Understanding of the challenges of multiple types of data sources and the ability to connect to those data sources to answer marketing performance related questions
