The QBSI Xerox Technology Sales Consultant is a full-time, outside, business-to-business, sales professional who is responsible for retaining and growing current accounts and for gaining new market share, through the development of new accounts, in a given territory.

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Articulate and
position
Xerox products, services and solutions to key decision makers
o Aggressively pursue competitive accounts; differentiate Xerox from competitors
o Manage entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists as needed
o Propose and close sales that achieve total revenue growth, profit & customer satisfaction plans
o Sustain sales activities; appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, and database updates
o Keep abreast of changes in technology and have an understanding of basic user abilities
o Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
o BS/BA/AA degree in business or other related field
o Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
o Must have valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
o Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
o Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
o Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
o Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
o Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
o Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches
Compensation and Benefits Package to include:
o Targeted earnings of $40,000 to $60,000 for first year entry level, outside sales
o Targeted earnings for candidates with industry experience may exceed entry level

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
