Our team is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join us as a Content Publishing Specialist. This role will assist in the day-to-day publishing of game and application promotions available on mobile devices across dozens of markets world-wide.

We offer users the ability to download games and applications for an incremental fee. It also provides mobile operators as well as device manufacturers an additional line of business as well as being a distribution vehicle to our Developer Partners.

The Content Publishing Specialist will be responsible for:

Reviewing incoming promotional schedules and providing necessary feedback to world-wide merchandising managers and associates
Publishing promotions to customers using web-based tools, verifying publishing on-device and/or web, and updating publishing tracking spreadsheets accordingly.
Tracking assets associated with the publishing promotions.
Providing status reports on progress against assigned tasks.
Maintaining weekly publishing documentation for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
Troubleshooting configuration or workflow errors.
Identifying areas for process or tool efficiency improvements, and recommending changes for review and approval by the team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

1-3 years of content publishing, project coordination or similar experience.
Superior attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Analytical problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication, other languages a plus.
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure.
A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and initiative.
An ability to follow process while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Previous experience in the mobile industry (a plus).
Experience with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Access (or equivalent), and with web-based tools.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
