The Mactus Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Practice Director to accelerate the growth of our Business Intelligence Practice. The ideal candidate will have the ability to generate new business opportunities. This is a long term opportunity to build a rewarding practice leveraging our simple business model. job
requires regular onsite work within the Seattle metro area and does not offer relocation support. Are you able to physical work in the Seattle area within two weeks' notice?
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
General responsibility for continued growth of the practice with a focus on providing Business Intelligence consultants in a professional services model.
Nurture and build relationships with new and existing customers
Work with Recruiting team to identify key skill sets needed
Identify new business opportunities by leveraging online tools, and through networking. Contacting those leads directly, and partnering with the customers to identify the right resources.
Work closely with the hiring
manager
, ensuring exceptional service and quality of work being performed by the consultants.
Involvement in the interviews of prospective candidates, qualifying skills and determining job fit.
Manage consultants that have been staffed, including reviews and career guidance
Document activity in CRM system, and report revenue forecasts on a weekly basis.
Ensure projects are successful by supporting and mentoring project owners and customers.
Create SOW's and proposals
Work with others in sales and recruiting team to help define strategic plan in approaching new customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years working for a staffing or consulting agency in a sales focused role and a history of exceeding expectations
Proven track record in building teams to deliver Business Intelligence offerings.
Must be an independent, self-starter who is motivated to be successful
Positive, upbeat attitude with a good sense of humor and the ability to connect with people easily. We are looking for people with an outgoing personality type.
Personal interest in Business Intelligence, and current with industry trends.
Background in programming, or finance. Familiarity with ETL, Databases, reporting and analytics.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
