We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to direct and manage marketing campaigns and programs execution. This role has responsibility of driving large marketing campaigns to success on-time and on-budget by partnering with the launch lead and other capability teams. This role will also influence defining and maintaining standards and processes related to project management across the customer's capability set ranging from campaign management and product launches, to the development of pilot technologies and customer experiences. This is a highly-dynamic role centrally positioned across key programs supporting the US Subsidiary's scorecard.
The ideal candidate must be a programmatic thinker and self-starter with tenacity for driving programs to completion. Candidates must also be skilled in managing large campaigns and projects, and predicting challenges and driving recommendations enabling teams to deliver proactive decisions. Proficient cross-group collaboration and leadership, and the ability to resolve conflict and influence others is required.
JOB
Responsibilities:
Act as Project manager for Tier I campaigns, product launches, programs, pilots and selected events
Develop detailed project plans aligned across each key phases of the campaign
Assist the launch lead in planning the campaign strategy through effective coordination teams and facilitating discussions
Direct and Manage execution of the campaign after planning is complete
Manage work streams across marketing v-teams to deliver exceptional project management
Produce and deliver risk assessment reports detailing potential impact across projects
Evangelize process adoption across the client organization, develop training programs for the teams and vendors and design required tools
BASIC
Qualifications:
7
years' experience project managing high-profile campaigns, programs or events
Strong experience managing complex projects and virtual teams, superior organizational skills, and the ability to work against tight deadlines.
Expert understanding of Microsoft Office and project management tools including MS Project
Must be self-motivated and able to work on long-term projects with limited direction.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are absolute requirements
Excellent problem solving, and negotiating skills.
Previous experience project managing an integrated marketing plan associated with a product launches or campaign is ideal
Strong understanding of the marketing communications discipline including creative, digital platforms, events, evidence, social marketing, and tele-platforms is preferred, but not required.
