This is an opportunity for a Data Analyst and will be part of a sales operation and reporting team for a global specialty sales-force. This person will work closely with the Business Analyst working to provide the appropriate data when needed for executive reporting and presentations

Responsibilities:
Connect to multiple data sources, pull the data and aggregate into Excel for manipulation by the Business Analyst
Compile information in to data cubes, and pull in data sets form multiple heterogeneous data sources
Create reports and dashboards using a variety of internal tools
Produce Ad-hoc reports from available data
Identify and verify upstream data sources
Analyze database and customize different views in SQL database to facilitate sales pipeline reporting
Design new business intelligence reports (PowerPivot) to analyze users attainment rate for forecasting/budgeting purpose
Consolidate different data sources and create dashboards using PowerView to improve end users' interactive data exploration, visualization, and presentation experience
Simplify/Automate quarterly/monthly rhythm of business process with an eye to reduce process time
Define and create sales team performance tracker
BASIC
Qualifications:
Microsoft Experience preferred
4
years pulling and formatting data using SQL Server, and the MS BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
4
years leveraging Excel to manipulate data for reporting, and familiarity with multiple types of data sources
Working experience utilizing PowerPivot and PowerView is preferred
Ability to produce ad-hoc reports off of available data set
Strong communication skills and solid business knowledge around sales operations
Understanding of the sales process and for data recording and reporting
Smart, hardworking and motivated
