The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal guidance to senior executives and their teams on a broad range of legal, policy, business and strategic issues related to engaging with ecosystem partners. Will have frequent contact with all levels of company managers, employees, and legal department colleagues, as well as outside partners. Will collaborate with subject matter experts and support the business by working through critically important and complex legal issues in a rapidly-evolving environment. Draft and negotiate strategic legal agreements in coordination with business clients and legal colleagues around the world. Relevant legal agreements might include licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, and other technology agreements. Provide legal advice to business clients in developing key business strategies and finding creative solutions to complex business and legal issues; advise executives on how company policies and evolving laws and regulations may affect the business. Provide proactive legal and business counseling on a broad range of topics, including intellectual property and licensing, general commercial law, contract interpretation, antitrust and regulatory compliance on a global scale. Provide client education and training on relevant legal issues.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
