We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for managing and delivering reporting and business intelligence to enable marketing & sales teams to effectively compete. In this role, you will have an opportunity to influence a multi-billion dollar businesses by developing relevant, timely, and insightful reports, analysis, and insights. Our goal is to demonstrate the power of a managed self-service reporting model by using it ourselves to understand and drive exceptional business results.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to define reporting layout, BI needs and document the requirements.
Build a reputation as a go-to BI subject matter expert for Marketing Insights.
Tackle time-critical ad-hoc challenges that respond to business opportunities and change approach as necessary to meet timelines.
Develop and manage reporting used to drive monthly business reviews at a high level.
Create and optimize comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and virtual teams to build out BRDs, POCs, and reporting solutions
Contribute to the strategic direction of the BI user experience and platform.
BASIC
Qualifications:
5
years prior experience in consulting and driving mission-critical initiatives.
5
years prior experience managing business or marketing reporting.
3
years prior experience writing SQL scripts, and a fundamental understanding of data flow.
Proven success working in an interrupt-driven environment. Strong Interpersonal skills and able to adapt to a dynamic ecosystem and team environment.
Self-starter and can take an idea or task and run with it minimal direction.
Excellent business acumen and understanding of enterprise sales & marketing.
Passion for business intelligence, including statistics, optimization, CRM reporting, building scorecards, business KPIs.
Experience delivering robust BI solutions in short time frames in an Agile setting.
A rationalized perspective on how to ensure reports and findings are accurate and free of errors.
Excellent skills with excel pivots, tables, functions, and PowerPivot required.
Experience with SharePoint dashboard reporting a plus.
Experience creating reporting solutions with cubes and data coming in from multiple sources.
Experience with opportunity sales process and CRM reporting a plus but not required.
