Mactus Group is seeking a passionate Marketing Manager who will inspire the gaming product team through regular field communications, internal milestones, marketing materials and a seamless service marketing rhythm that will help drive gaming strategy. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Marketing Manager with 3
years of experience in building & executing global marketing programs & campaigns, field & cross-functional team engagement. He/she must be self-motivated and have a proven track record of delivering results for business partners.

Responsibilities:
Drive the global marketing plan & execution launch of fitness gaming
Manage the process of product release in a fast paced always changing environment
Manage and plan marketing budget
Create presentations for internal meeting
Project manage a regular communication rhythm with our product development teams, Marcom, PR, subsidiaries and outside agencies
Ensure alignment of brand representation, objectives, messaging, and tactics, following product marketing strategies, and regularly communicating the global plan, roadmap, and tactical updates to cross-functional teams-including internal global and regional marketing teams, PR, Marcom ,Digital, and social leads, external partners, and creative agencies.
Manage and execute developed creative assets to strategically highlight the best product features and ensure alignment with overall global strategy in campaign videos, branded destinations, images, banners, swag.
BASIC
Qualifications:
3
years' product/service marketing experience and global marketing execution in digital products, fitness, or gaming.
Online advertising business, TV advertising, international marketing experiences, are a plus
Demonstrated skills in creating presentation storylines, scripts, and copy that bring a value prop to life
Strong understanding marketing principles, branding, and value prop
Capable of analyzing audience and research data to create marketing story
Excellent organizational and project management skills; pays attention to details
Proven track record of running strong cross-group processes that have significant moving parts and deadlines
A strong ability to influence and lead virtual teams to execute against established plans
A very strong cross-team collaborator with a successful track record of influencing cross-company teams & peers
