Brightlight seeks a passionate and experienced Inside Sales Representative with career aspirations of an Account Executive role to join our highly collaborative team at our Redmond, WA headquarters. We will be growing our sales organization and client base throughout the US market, with an initial emphasis on the Western US. This role will be responsible for establishing new customer relationships and identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities within existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve territory sales objectives through sales to new customers and sales of additional services to existing customers
Identify sales opportunities through lead development, territory strategies, prospecting and call plans
Manage the sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our market and services
Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other issues relevant to the position

Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of inside, direct sales experience as part of an inside sales team, ideally with experience in a business intelligence, analytics, data warehousing, and/or other technological services field
Demonstrated history of success establishing new accounts through networking, cold calling, and prospecting
Ability to manage a very transactional sales cycle with others at Brightlight in order to close business
Ability to build strong relationships within an account and grow the business in the Pacific Northwest area
Experience in developing campaigns and a CRM solution
Excellent sales skills with strategic and tactical sales capabilities
High energy personality with the ability to provide a consistent high level of activity
Reputation for ethical professionalism in a team environment
Passion for learning and career growth
Bachelor's degree in the sciences preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
