The candidate will be part of a team of attorneys and paraprofessionals providing legal guidance and support to sourcing and procurement professionals across firm?s Global Foundation Services group (GFS) in support of critical commercial transactions for data centers around the world. Will also be working with attorney colleagues and outside legal partners. Drafting and negotiating support for legal agreements in coordination with business clients in Redmond and around the world. Drafting and updating to standard procurement templates. Providing legal advice to GFS on data center contract risks and supplier performance issues. Serve in legal counseling on a broad range of topics, including intellectual property and licensing, general commercial law, contract interpretation and compliance with corporate policies. Provide client education and training on relevant legal issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
