The candidate will provide support for software and services on the Xbox console, PCs and mobile devices. Responsibilities: Serve as part of a legal team to provide comprehensive support regarding development of software and services across a variety of devices. This includes a broad range of complex legal, business, and strategic issues, including issues related to the development of entertainment platform technology, online services and social networks, and identity technology. Coordinate with a variety of specialty functions within Microsoft Legal and Corporate Affairs, including government affairs, intellectual property, privacy, and litigation specialists, to address relevant legal and regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate a broad range of technology licensing and distribution transactions with developers, technology and service providers. Drive communication with internal and external legal and non-legal expert resources, as necessary, to help analyze and address quickly evolving domestic and international laws and regulations, and partner with the business to proactively drive appropriate business strategies. Work with Xbox executives and other business partners to enhance the customer/partner experience. Develop process-related improvements to facilitate and increase the efficiency of the provision of legal services. Provide client education and training on relevant legal issues.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
