At this time we are seeking an Assistant General Manager for our newest store in your area! We''re seeking someone with an abundance of energy and ability to tackle challenges head-on.
3-4 years of current Full Service Restaurant Manager experience at a corporate chain
High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to build sales and rapport in the community
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Late night bar experience a plus
