As the UX Lead on the Project Kuiper team you will help design exceptional user experiences and interfaces for our customer facing products and services to delight our customers across the globe in a variety of customer segments.
You will also help the team craft beautiful and compelling internal and external communications material.
A successful candidate will be both creative and highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization and adept at synthesizing a variety of inputs into experiences and designs that customers love.
We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technology savvy with a proven track record of creating exceptional experiences, especially in consumer related products.

As a UX Lead you will own the UX designs for all of our customer touch points and will work closely with our product, marketing and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:
Create UX designs for web and mobile use Understand customers and their needs through customer research and feedback Use business requirements to assist in developing use cases and high-level requirements Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes Facilitate the design process, present and iterate design solutions Assist the team in creating creative and professional web and presentation designs for internal and external communicationsExport Control Requirement:
