We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Inventory professional to assist procurement and engineers with the logistical challenges we will face.
This role operates in a fast paced environment, where priorities change often.
This individual will respond to internal stakeholders quickly, provide frequent and accurate status updates, and have a high aptitude for driving tasks to completion independently.
Responsibilities:
Ensure packages are off-loaded safely and accurately stored.
Work closely with procurement to receive purchase orders in ERP system.
Inspect shipments for defects and quarantine according to internal processes.
Maintain accurate receiving and inventory control records.
Must be willing and able to work on powered equipment-for example forklift or electric pallet jack.
Complete procure-to-pay process and own end-to-end life cycles Staging product in work area using equipment such as pallet jack and forklift.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
