YAMAHA YSL-653R Professional Jazz Tenor Trombone With Case And mouthpiece for sale in Redmond, WA
Used Yamaha YSL-653R Bb tenor trombone in lacquer finish with Yamaha case and Bach mouthpiece.Now discontinued, this horn was made in the late 1970s/early 1980s. It is a professional jazz trombone in used condition, with some heavy lacquer wear and scratches as well as 2 dings (see close up photos). It has a copper bell- hence the "R" which I believe stands for "Rose" as it has a unique color against the rest of the brass.Serial number 201032Would suit beginner or intermediate player. My daughter played it in jazz band at High school, and Symphony Orchestra and Band at College (when she could only take one instrument on the flight). It plays well but could do with a clean.Comes with a case, also used, with a few scratches on the outside but working latches. The keys have been lost, unfortunately but the felt and foam padding are intact.Also included is a used Bach 5GS small shank trombone mouthpiece with some discoloration (see photos).Either bid in auction or make me an offer.Pay for shipping or pickup in Redmond, WA
